1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter – "Policy") is developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI, as well as other regulatory acts of Ukraine regulating personal data protection issues.

1.2. The Policy defines the processing procedure and measures to ensure the security of personal data that ADDITIONAL LIABILITY COMPANY "FIRM "VLASTA" (hereinafter – "Owner" or "Company") may receive about the User during their use of the website https://vlasta.site/ (hereinafter – "Site").

1.4. Use of the Site by the User means consent to this Policy and the conditions of the User's personal data processing. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Policy, the User must stop using the Site.

2. LEGAL GROUNDS FOR DATA PROCESSING

2.1. The legal grounds for processing personal data are:

The Constitution of Ukraine;
The Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection";
The Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce";
User's consent to the processing of their personal data (filling out forms on the Site).

3. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION AND CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1. Purpose 1: Processing requests and feedback.
To provide consultations, process orders, and communicate with clients, the Owner processes the following data:

Surname, name, patronymic;
Contact phone number;
Email address.

3.2. Purpose 2: Analytics and Site improvement.
For collecting statistics and technical analysis (anonymized data):

Cookie file data;
IP address;
Browser and operating system information;
Access time and addresses of requested pages.

3.3. The Owner does not process special categories of personal data (racial origin, political views, biometric data, etc.).

4. PROCESSING PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS

4.1. Personal data processing is carried out in a mixed way (automated processing and processing without the use of automation tools).

4.2. Actions with data include: collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and dissemination (distribution, realization, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data.

4.3. Storage period of personal data:

Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of their processing, but not more than 3 (three) years, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of Ukraine.
In case of withdrawal of consent by the User, the data is deleted within 30 days.

4.4. Transfer of data to third parties is not carried out, except for cases provided by the legislation of Ukraine (at the request of law enforcement agencies, court, etc.).

5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

5.1. The Owner takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from illegal or accidental access, destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, dissemination, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

6. RIGHTS OF THE USER (PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT)

6.1. According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the User has the right:

To know about the sources of collection, location of their data, purpose of their processing.
To receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom their data is transferred.
To access their personal data.
To present a motivated demand with an objection against the processing of their data.
To present a motivated demand for the change or destruction of their data if they are processed illegally or are unreliable.
To appeal to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court with complaints about the processing of their data.
To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.

7. COOKIE FILES

7.1. The Site uses "cookies" technology to create statistical reporting. "Cookies" represent a small amount of data sent by a website, which the User's computer browser stores on the hard drive.

7.2. Cookie files do not contain confidential information. The User can configure the browser not to accept cookies, but this may limit the operation of some functions of the Site.

8. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

8.1. The Owner has the right to make changes to this Policy. The new edition of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its posting on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Policy.
